Right Brain is built privacy-first. The app is local-only: it has no account, no sign-up, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. Nothing you do in the app ever leaves your device.

What we collect

Nothing. Right Brain does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. We have no servers that receive your information, and we cannot see how you use the app.

What stays on your device

So the app can work, some information is stored only on your iPhone and is never sent anywhere:

• Your gameplay progress — streaks, accuracy, and your perception trend over time.
• Your settings — preferred pace and session length.
• Your optional mood check-in. If you choose to use the brief before/after check-in (based on the I-PANAS-SF short scale), your self-reported responses are stored locally to show you your own deltas. This is a reflection tool, not a medical instrument.

This data lives in the app's private storage on your device. Deleting the app removes all of it. Because nothing is uploaded, there is no remote copy for us to access or delete.

No tracking, no ads, no third parties

Right Brain contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, and no social or tracking libraries. We do not use cookies or device identifiers, and we do not request permission to track you across other apps or websites.

Children

Right Brain is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Because the app collects no personal data from anyone, it collects no personal data from children.

Health & wellness

Right Brain is a general wellness app made to support relaxation, focus, and mindfulness. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it is not medical advice. The optional mood check-in is a self-report reflection feature and is not a clinical assessment.

Your rights

Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing for you to request, correct, export, or have erased on our side. You remain in full control of the on-device data, which you can clear at any time by deleting the app.

Changes to this policy

If the app ever changes in a way that affects privacy (for example, if a future feature were to use the network), we will update this policy and the App Store privacy details before that feature ships.
